Manufacturing Operator Trainee- Taylors SC (This is a DIRECT Hire)
Trainee needed working in a manufacturing setting will be required to perform various tasks like operating manufacturing equipment, performing maintenance activities on various plant components, supervising workers, receiving training in various areas of manufacturing or production management, coordinating with raw materials or materials management personnel, preparing administrative or production related reports, performing several tasks assigned by the manufacturing supervisor. The manufacturing trainee reports to the manufacturing supervisor.
The manufacturing trainee position may be on probation for a minimum of 90 days. A manufacturing trainee should have a high school diploma OR a GED for the position. Strong physical ability and strong technical knowledge in the field is desirable.
