Responsibilities

Quality Clerk/Admin
Report to                            Quality team
Working time                   1st shift
Pay rate                              $15-$18 / hr.
Responsibility                  Job jacket (operation) 70% 
Data entry for operation report (HR) 15%
Other assignments 15%
 
- Full responsibility for job jacket preparations, distributions, gathering, checking, coordinating with all concerns.
- Retain and filing completed jackets. Monitor the completions of all quality check sheets for each jacket
- Full responsibility for jacket’s supporting materials (such as color standard, structures, proof, A/W etc.)
- Filing retained samples (QA collects samples from production lines), retained printed sheets, and retained defect samples. etc.
- Data entry for operations
- Monitor and e-filing vendors’ CoA or CoC (1-2 hrs./month)
- Other admin jobs assigned by GM, Plant Manager and Quality Manager

Qualifications

Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Two-year degree or equivalent experience.
- Few years manufacturing, or production plant experience preferred.
- Demonstrate a high degree of accuracy, detailed oriented, filing experience and data entry skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a variety of people and personalities.
- Strong communication skills both orally and in writing with all levels of employees.
- Regular, timely attendance to meet company needs in an efficient and effective manner.     
- Computer skills, such as Word, Excel Demonstrated pattern of positive attitude, strong work ethic and dedication.
