Responsibilities

Position Summary: Responsible for efficient transport of Sheet stock to and from department.
 
Position Responsibilities:
 
- Transport Sheet Stock to the Press machines.
- Review production schedule to properly stage stock for efficient delivery of material to machine for production.
- Communicate with Manager daily to review orders or inventory inquiries.
- Operate forklift truck to transport material.
- Follow all safety requirements as directed by the company.
- Reports all food safety and quality problems to the Quality Team.
- May be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

Qualifications

Job requirements:
- 2 years minimum experience in a warehouse environment supporting a manufacturing plant.
- Certification on various forklift trucks such as sit-down and stand-up reach truck.
- Certificated Sit-Down Forklift experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.    
- Related industry experience is a plus.
- Good counting skills.
- Must be able to read and review all paper instructions and labeling requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast paced production environment.
